Senior QA Engineer ( Accessibility & Non-Functional Testing )

Arionkoder is seeking a Sr. QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-powered solutions and applications. You’ll design, execute, and automate testing strategies while collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently. What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, combining both manual and automation testing.
• Proven experience in software testing, including planning, execution, and reporting across the full SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing techniques. 
• Experience testing APIs, web applications, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks; expected to contribute to and maintain automated test suites.
• Constant contribution to CI/CD pipelines — ownership of quality gates, not just participation.
• Experience working embedded in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).

Non-Functional Testing

• Experience in accessibility testing — knowledge of WCAG standards and testing with assistive technologies (screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and/or VoiceOver; tools like WAVE, browser DevTools, contrast analyzers).
• Familiarity with compatibility and cross-browser/cross-device testing.
• Exposure to performance or load testing concepts (basic understanding expected; deep expertise a plus).

AI Mindset 

• Openness to integrating AI tools into daily QA workflows — not looking for AI experts, but for people who are curious, proactive, and willing to experiment with how AI can improve test coverage, efficiency, and team output.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies rather than resist change.
• Proactive approach to identifying how emerging tools (AI-assisted testing, co-pilots, etc.) can reduce manual effort and improve quality.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end automation.
• Hands-on use of Pytest for backend/API test suites.
• Performance testing experience — load, stress, and scalability testing (tools such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, or similar).
• Understanding of data validation for SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
