About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems, while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical strategy.

Responsibilities

→Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
→Lead and participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and system design sessions.
→Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements.
→Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and software development processes.
→Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack.
→Guide and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, TypeScript, or Go.
Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core).
Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficient with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.

Requirements

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
