Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner on HR Policies: Work directly with the HR Manager to research, draft, and implement internal policies (e.g., remote work frameworks, wellbeing programs, car/mobility policies, and CSR initiatives).
- →Support Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing specialized AI talent to managing the candidate pipeline.
- →Drive Employer Branding: Help execute local initiatives (social media, campus events) to position Artefact as the employer of choice for tech talent in Belgium.
- →People Operations & Compliance: Assist with the administrative lifecycle—onboarding, contract prep, and ensuring our processes align with Belgian labor standards.
- →Foster Culture: Help organize internal events and workshops that reinforce our "One Artefact" spirit.
- Current Student Status: You must be enrolled in a University or High School program (Hogeschool/Haute École). This internship is unpaid and governed by an internship agreement (stageovereenkomst/convention de stage) provided by your school.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is highly valued for navigating Belgian social legislation.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and curious about learning HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Reliability: A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
