Maintenance Technician - The View on Pavey Square

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The hourly range for this role is $23 - $25, plus commission. Responsibilities Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency On-call during certain times of the month Your Record and Style 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience Customer service focused Must live within a 30-minute radius of the property Full-time associate benefits Health (PPO or HSA), dental, and vision Flexible PTO  13 paid holidays 401K – 100% match up to 5%   Annual review and bonus program  Paid parental leave
