→Punctuality & Reliability: Strict adherence to your scheduled shift times. Con Ops must remain consistently staffed to support attendees and ongoing event logistics.
→Organizational Data Skills: High attention to detail and comfort using Google Sheets or spreadsheets to input, track, and locate lost and found items accurately
→Problem-Solving & Patience: The ability to "think on your feet" when tracking down missing items and to remain completely calm, helpful, and polite when dealing with stressed or anxious attendees
→Professionalism: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to handle face-to-face interactions with attendees, staff, and convention leadership with a reassuring and helpful demeanor

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in front-desk reception, retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced customer support environment
Convention Institutional Knowledge: Firsthand understanding of the convention layout, event schedule, and general flow, allowing you to answer attendee questions quickly and accurately
