→Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and assertive communication style for interacting with attendees and coordinating with convention safety staff.
→Hygiene Standards: A proactive attitude toward cleanliness and a willingness to handle cleaning supplies/disinfectants.
→Reliability: Strict adherence to shift times to ensure the lounge is never left unattended.

Convention Experience: Prior experience volunteering at furry conventions or similar fan-run events.
First Aid Knowledge: Basic understanding of the signs of heatstroke or dehydration (First Aid/CPR certification is a major plus).
Fursuiting Familiarity: Personal experience with fursuiting or handling, providing an "insider’s" understanding of the limitations regarding heat and visibility.
