About the Role
~1 min readThe Gurugram hub office is part of our global team, partnering with colleagues across different functional areas and specialisms. This is an exciting period of growth for Inizio Ignite | Research Partnership, as we expand into the fast-growing Indian market.
As Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Program Data Manager to ensure data quality and consistency throughout the reporting cycle on our Major Tracking programs. You will also support with advising the Research project teams and Data Management & Dashboard teams based in Europe, India and Singapore.
· Python (3 to 6 years) experience for data processing, automation, and pipeline support
· Experience managing end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage, outputs)
· Strong SQL skills using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
· Experience with data modelling and working with data marts / warehouses to support dashboard performance.
· Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
· Ability to support dashboard population, maintenance, and data validation
Nice to Have

· Familiarity with version control and structured deployment processes
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end data delivery
- High attention to detail with a strong data quality mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams

This is a full-time role and is available in a hybrid pattern, based at our fantastic Inizio Advisory location in Gurugram. This role’s working hours will be 13:30 to 22:30 from Monday to Thursday and 11:30 to 20:30 on Friday.
