Talent Acquisition Specialist (9 months contractual)

~1 min readWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the Pharma/Healthcare domain, along with hands-on expertise in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational excellence, and the ability to drive hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to business needs
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate panel interviews
- Drive offer discussions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closure
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and talent mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Leverage social media and employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
- Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and insights to business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and hiring policies
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports using Excel and present insights through PowerPoint decks
- Support workforce planning discussions with data-driven insights
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Prior hiring experience in Pharma/Healthcare/IT preferred
- Strong experience working on ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
