Business / Sales strategies

  • Facilitate to achieve annual sales target and to ensure a generative, sustained, consistent as well as predictable growth.

  • To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share in the institutional business.

  • Create a client pipeline and explore different industry and segments to explore the institutional business.  

  • Encourage and facilitate new ideas and promotions to tap different territories.

  • Develop and manage the right product mix for the institutional sales segment. Identify products from the existing line that can be proposed for the institutional business.

  •  Collaborate with the marketing and sourcing team for new product development based on client requirement or trend analysis.

  • Inventory planning to ensure the availability of right stocks within the parameters specified.

  • To provide market intelligence to corporate marketing and sales team.

  • Leverage the organisations relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives. 

  • Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales for various sales channels.

  • Review and analyze sales performances against target, growth, market share and plans to determine effectiveness.

  • Competition analysis.

  • Lead new business meetings and close sales and build the relationship with the clients

  • Motivate, guide & mentor the sales team.

Postgraduate in Business Administration or any stream 

Experience Requirements

  • Atleast 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity.

  • 10+ years of working experience in Sales Function

  • Excellent market connection and exposure to various industry.  

  • Has preferably experience with multi-brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products.

  • Strong business acumen. 

 

Mobility/Travel

Occasional Travel. 

 

Computer Skills 

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language

Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi and Local Language
