About the Role
~1 min readAs part of the Operations team, you will be at the core of our payments engine ensuring seamless transaction flows, rapid issue resolution, and strong operational control. This role sits at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, analytics, and user experience, with a strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day movement of funds and perform reconciliations across internal systems and partner platforms.
Manage user issues end-to-end by coordinating with banks, payment partners, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor real-time dashboards to identify anomalies in transaction flows and system performance.
Analyze data to detect patterns, investigate incidents, and recommend improvements in workflows.
Build, optimize, and standardize SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
Drive operations excellence initiatives including process optimization, automation, and turnaround time reduction.
Contribute to or work within a Center of Excellence (COE) setup to define best practices, governance frameworks, and operational benchmarks.
Set up and streamline processes for new financial products and workflows.
Requirements
~1 min read3–5 years of experience in fintech/payments operations .
Strong understanding of global payment rails, reconciliation, settlements, and dispute handling.
Experience working with banks, payment gateways, and external partners.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
Proven experience in process excellence / operational excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar preferred).
Exposure to working in or setting up a COE (Center of Excellence) environment is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, escalate, and resolve issues independently.
