Location: Koramangala, Bangalore | 5 days a week in office

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, wallets, and

• accounting ledgers.

• Track daily funds in transit between the accounts and have complete control on all the fund movements across the banks/ partners.

• Manage and execute end-to-end bank reconciliations and identify and solve the unreconciled items with the stipulated cut-off time.

• Reconcile and Report the cash and bank balances along with partner balances on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Ensure our intercompany fund transfers are accurately accounted for in all the entities on a timely basis and help reconcile the intercompany balances on a monthly basis.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation in our accounting system.

• Support month-end closing activities, audits, and compliance checks.

• Collaborate with treasury team, external banking partners, tech and platform team to resolve discrepancies or data mismatches.

• 3 - 6 years of experience in bank accounting,intercompany accounting, reconciliations.

• CA/CMA semi-qualified or other equivalent professional with strong accounting background

• Strong accounting principles and street-smart approach to resolve the discrepancies

• Good command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and familiarity with

• ERP/accounting tools (Zoho, Netsuite etc.).

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a learning mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
