Deli Manager - $25+/Hr + Benefits!

• →Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the deli department, including hot foods, prepared items, displays, and merchandising
• →Recruit, train, schedule, and develop deli associates—building a positive, accountable team culture
• →Manage inventory, ordering, pricing, and shrink to meet or exceed profit goals
• →Ensure food safety, sanitation, labeling, temperature control, and regulatory compliance at all times
• →Oversee product rotation, receiving, storage, and display standards
• →Prepare and oversee preparation of hot and cold deli items using fryers, ovens, slicers, and other equipment
• →Monitor equipment performance and promptly address maintenance or safety issues
• →Conduct monthly inventories and support accurate reporting
• →Stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings to drive continuous improvement

• 18 years of age or older
• Leadership experience in a deli, food service, or grocery environment preferred
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
• Comfort with inventory management, sales tracking, and basic P&L concepts
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with physical demands
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
