Today, Astranis satellites provide dedicated, secure networks to highly-sophisticated customers across the globe— large enterprises, sovereign governments, and the US military. Responsibilities

→Lead the monthly inventory subledger reconciliation process, including reconciling transactions between our MES tool and ERP subledger
→Be a key contributor in building out the satellite costing function
→Identify and resolve complex issues, data discrepancies, and process bottlenecks to improve efficiency and accuracy
→Collaborate with the broader accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities
→Support financial audits and SOX compliance initiatives by providing necessary documentation and process insights

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in inventory accounting and costing
Experience in a high-growth manufacturing, hardware, or tech environment
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
Demonstrated expertise in solving complex operational issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
A proactive and organized approach, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
You thrive in structured chaos, balancing a sense of urgency with a high bar for precision and integrity

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with NetSuite manufacturing module
Deep knowledge of PLM and MES flows
Background in supporting financial audits and/or SOX compliance
A passion for space, engineering, or building complex systems that have a real-world impact

Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

Base Salary

$105,000—$145,000 USD

U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
