This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 1 day on-site per month. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. We are looking for ATB’s next Strategy Analyst on our Products Channels Services (PCS) team. Are you interested in helping build exciting new strategies for an ever changing landscape? This is an awesome opportunity where you will support the Managing Director to promote and facilitate the development and connection of strategy to execution and bring the strategy and operational plans to life. Your expert interpersonal skills and ability to “Listen” will set you up for success as you work with many others within our PCS team to maintain and evolve the team narrative – what we do, why we do it and why it is important. A passion for communicating effectively and team engagement is a must as you will act as PCS’s storytelling narrative lead, creating and executing communication plans for our stories to be shared across our enterprise. Characteristics we’re looking for in this key contributor role on our team: * You have empathy for people - both clients and team members * You are skilled at building trust as you nurture and leverage highly collaborative partnerships * You are an active listener where you can also notice what is not being said * You are experienced in strategic coordination and planning, including expertise in facilitating workshops * You have a background in extensive organizational communication, where you have excelled at value-driven storytelling and have a proven history of distributing impactful narratives across large-scale organizations * You are skilled at creating presentations and documentation to create awareness and understanding to a diverse audience, including executives and senior leadership * You are experienced with metric and data reporting, along with visualization and dashboarding tools * You like complexity and love translating ideas into strategy and action * You enjoy new challenges where you can utilize your critical thinking and problem solving skills * You are comfortable with ambiguity * You are a self starter who thrives with autonomy ## Accountabilities * With your leader, you will build short and long term strategies and operating plans through collaboration with the executive and senior leadership team. * With your leader, you will help to ensure that our leaders and teams see meaningful attachment of their work to the team’s strategy and ATB’s enterprise plan. * You will maintain, evolve and implement a communications plan to share the team’s strategy and story across the organization. * You will act as lead storyteller, maintaining a pulse on the key impact stories within the team and communicating these stories to team and enterprise stakeholders. * You will design, create and manage the documentation and presentations for the strategic and operating plans, along with tactical outputs and monthly & quarterly reporting. * You will work directly with executive and senior leadership to support their reporting and communication needs on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis. * You will develop and facilitate a variety of workshops to advance or achieve the team’s overarching strategy. * You will highlight opportunities and inform key strategic recommendations needed to achieve the team’s business outcomes by monitoring progress against the established KPI’s, and by identifying any trends, risks & insights relative to the overarching strategic objectives. * You will build and maintain strong internal relationships within the Products, Channels, Services team and key partners across the organization. ## Skills, Experience & Requirements * Accreditations in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related disciplines or an acceptable combination of education, experience and training. * 5 - 8 years experience related to strategy coordination, planning and documentation. * 5 - 8 years experience related to communications, marketing, business, or other related programs. * Experience with product management and project management methodologies. * Ability to communicate and present information and concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive and senior leaders. * Results driven self starter with desire to tackle complex problems. * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts and team members. * Enthusiastic team player with a proven record of success who wants to be part of a team dedicated to growth and continuous improvement. * General knowledge of banking products and channels would be an asset.
