Instrument Technician (IO) - Survey - Oil and Gas

As an O&G Instrument Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our survey work assignments, supporting our O&G Party Chief and contributing to project survey policies and guidelines.

• →- Utilize a range of survey equipment, including GPS receivers, Robotic and Conventional Instrumentation, with precision and expertise.
• →- Conduct field surveys on behalf of our clients, ensuring data accuracy and thoroughness.
• →- Acquire an understanding of basic field calculations and procedures.
• →- Perform assigned survey instrumentation operations, taking responsibility for collected survey data.
• →- Download survey data efficiently and accurately.
• →- Demonstrate proficiency in data collection using Trimble equipment and associated software products.
• →- Maintain and operate survey instrumentation throughout the data collection process, ensuring equipment remains in optimal working condition.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in surveying.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and pass a drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical fitness and stamina for extended periods of outdoor work.

This position will be based out of West Texas, primarily in the Midland/Odessa market.
