Now hiring Group Facilitators for First Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend.

• →Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journey
• →Help clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools
• →Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress
• →Communicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadership
• →Complete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactions
• →Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT)
• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Compassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required

Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential addiction treatment facility providing medical detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services. Our modern campus offers a supportive, healing environment where clients can begin their recovery with dignity and hope.
