Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional Financial Operations Assistant who will be part of our Credit & Collections Department and will support credit operations by analyzing financial data, assisting in credit evaluations, and ensuring the smooth execution of credit and collection processes.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
• Maintain organized filing systems and accounting databases
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems will be considered an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as required.

• Educational Background: University degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Experience: 1 year of working experience in similar position
• Analytical Skills: Excel in using MS-Office applications with emphasis on Excel and Power Point

• Time Management: Organization skills with attention to detail
• Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
