- Engage in proactive outreach to users to establish and enforce data access controls.
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications to ensure seamless business operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and perform regular maintenance and updates on applications.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in ITIL framework and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Expertise in data security tools, specifically Varonis, MS Purview, and MS EntraID.
