Join a collaborative recruiting function supporting a growing financial services organization with a strong presence across the Americas. This team plays a key role in helping business stakeholders attract, engage, and hire talent across a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment. The role offers exposure to full-cycle recruiting operations, candidate experience, offer coordination, HR systems, and internal stakeholder partnership.
Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
This is a hybrid opportunity that can be based in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. The position offers strong early-career exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR operations, recruiting systems, interview logistics, offer generation, and cross-functional recruiting support. There may be future career growth opportunities for someone who demonstrates strong learning agility, organization, and professionalism.
- Coordinate key stages of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, follow-up communication, offer package preparation, and select pre-employment steps.
- Serve as a central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external agency partners throughout interview and offer coordination.
- Draft offer letters and related materials within the applicant tracking system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain recruiting data integrity across HR systems, reporting tools, social recruiting channels, and Excel trackers.
- Support recruiters and Talent Acquisition leads with scheduling logistics, candidate communications, reporting updates, and administrative recruiting needs.
- Participate in ad hoc recruiting and HR projects that support a growing business and evolving Talent Acquisition function.
- 0–1 year of corporate experience through full-time work, internship experience, or similar professional exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling scheduling, offer letters, candidate data, and recruiting documentation.
- Ability to manage high-volume work, competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and multiple stakeholders while staying organized.
- High standards of ethics, discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and HR information.
- Ability to quickly learn recruiting processes, HR systems, and employer brand messaging.
- Knowledge of an applicant tracking system or recruiting platform is a plus.
