Account Executive, Justice (Mid Market)

As a Mid Market Account Executive on Axon’s Justice team, you are responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of mid-size City, County, and State judicial customers. This is a quota-carrying, external field sales role focused on executing sales strategies, closing new and expansion opportunities, and delivering strong customer outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities within your territory — building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, navigating procurement processes, and partnering internally to meet customer needs. This role requires strong execution skills, comfort with complexity, and the ability to independently manage a full book of business while contributing to broader regional sales goals.
