Senior Marketing Enablement Specialist
Quick Summary
In Person 4 days per week — Boston,
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
You will bridge the gap between what Axon builds and how the market understands it. In this role, you’ll bring the strategic depth of product marketing and sales enablement with hands on experience of field marketing — creating a seamless connection between product messaging, customer-facing experiences, and sales readiness.
From crafting compelling product narratives to activating them in the field, you’ll ensure that every campaign, event, and sales tool tells a consistent, differentiated story. You’ll work side-by-side with product, sales, and customer success to sharpen go-to-market execution and help Axon win in increasingly competitive enterprise markets.
When product story meets field momentum—Axon wins. This role owns that connection.
