Fulfillment Operations Lead, Weekend Shift

• →You've led on a warehouse floor. You have 2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse and at least 6 months in a lead role — and you know how to keep a team on track without being their manager.
• →You know the work. You can pick, pack, receive, restock, and ship — and show someone else how to do it right.
• →You stay steady when it gets busy. When things go sideways, you don't panic. You speak up, solve what you can, and pull in help when you need it.
• →You communicate clearly. You explain what needs to happen so teammates actually understand it.
• →You work safely and accurately. You care about getting it right and following safety rules, every shift.
• →You can follow instructions in English. You can speak, read, and understand English well enough to follow safety-critical directions.
• →You want to grow. You're looking to take on more over time.

• Keep the floor moving. Help work flow smoothly across picking, packing, and shipping through the weekend shift.
• Guide the team in real time. Answer questions, unblock people, and keep everyone on track.
• Set the standard. Model safe, correct warehouse processes so the team follows your lead.
• Train new hires. Get new team members up to speed on how the job is done right.
• Escalate early. Flag delays, safety concerns, and problems to your supervisor before they grow.
• Flex where needed. Jump into different areas of the warehouse as volume shifts.

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
• Walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day
• Lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
