For more than 50 years, B&D Foods has quietly become one of Idaho's most trusted food manufacturers. While millions enjoy the products we make every day, it's our maintenance team that keeps everything running.

At B&D Foods, you're more than a maintenance technician-you are a problem solver, an equipment expert, and a critical part of our success. Our technicians troubleshoot complex systems, improve equipment reliability, support automation projects, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.

One thing that sets us apart is our people. Our average employee tenure is approximately 10 years, with many employees building careers that span decades. We invest in our team, promote from within whenever possible, and create opportunities to expand your technical skills.

If you're looking for a stable manufacturing career where your work matters, we'd like to meet you.
