ADMINISTRATOR – SENIOR’S RENTAL HOUSING

We're looking for an Administrator to lead operations at Maple Towers, a 93-suite seniors' rental community in Maple Ridge. 

You will oversee operations, resident engagement, facilities, and financial stewardship while fostering a compassionate, value-driven community where seniors can experience life well. 

• →Lead community operations including resident engagement and service delivery 
• →Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and contractors 
• →Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction 
• →Manage budgets and financial performance 
• →Build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners 
• →Foster a positive, high-performing team culture 

Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience 

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors 

• Operational leadership across resident services and maintenance 
• Resident engagement and occupancy management 
• Facilities and grounds oversight including inspections and contractors 
• Safety and security management 
• Strong, evidence-based decision-making 
• Communication and relationship-building 
• Ability to manage competing priorities 
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
