~1 min read- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.
- Collaborator with ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion, establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and diligence with the ability to multi-task on a wide variety of HR duties and projects.
- Self-directed, flexible, and able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to research & analyze data and reason logically to draw conclusions and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as comfort working within HR Information/HRIS.
- Visible and regularly engages with employees by walking around. Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to anticipate, investigate and remediate employee relations issues and support a positive employee culture.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with and influence peers and management through consultation/coaching.
- BS or BA in Human Resources or related field is required. PHR or SPHR desirable.
