Field Operations Manager

• →Recruit, hire, train, and develop field employees.
• →Lead and support field teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• →Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• →Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and daily dispatching activities.
• →Support project execution by coordinating manpower and field resources.
• →Conduct job site visits to provide operational support and ensure safety compliance.
• →Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• →Travel as needed to support operations and field personnel.

• 10+ years of crane, rigging, heavy lift, or related industry experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership, superintendent, or management experience.
• Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging practices, and safe work procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified to operate cranes of various sizes preferred.

• Must pass a drug screen, Fit-for-Duty evaluation, and background check.
