Operations Manager

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations
- →Lead, coach, and develop field personnel to build a strong, engaged team
- →Coordinate job schedules, equipment, and field resources to ensure smooth execution
- →Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability
- →Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and project success
- →Ensure compliance with company standards and key operational goals, including:
- →DOT requirements
- →Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- →Qualification tracking (Qual Cards)
- →Safety initiatives and audits
- →Equipment maintenance and care
- →Post-job reviews and continuous improvement
- →Oversee training plans and ensure team members have the tools and knowledge to succeed
- →Work with the operations team to meet or exceed branch performance goals and monthly metrics
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–10 years of industrial experience (rigging and/or power generation experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Ability to stay organized, juggle priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience training or mentoring others, both formally and on the job
- Ability to pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty exam, and background check
- College degree preferred
