• →Exemplify the BEC Culture. Provide a new Team-Member’s first impression of BEC during orientation training. Conduct both onboarding and developmental training. Conduct Safety observations and coach personnel on safe work. (one-community)
• →Manage project risk to an acceptable level by ensuring project compliance to BEC’s HSE Management System along with regulatory and customer requirements. Manage HSE issues, concerns, and incidents with care, discernment, and haste. (full-Commitment)
• →Report project Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental status to Senior Leaders and Customers both verbally and in writing. Be a student of the work. Self-study to understand the work and manage the associated risk. (true- Craftsmanship)

• Must be able to climb wind turbines
• Must be available to travel 75%+
• 5+ years of Safety Management Experience

This is a remote position and requires relocation to project site.
