Responsibilities

→Coordinate the daily loading, unloading, and movement of equipment at our Memphis yard.
→Work closely with PEG Dispatch to manage shipment and delivery schedules.
→Keep the yard organized, safe, and operational.
→Make occasional 'hot-shot' deliveries to jobsites.
→Operate forklifts ranging from 10,000 to 120,000 lbs.
→Complete and verify Bills of Lading for equipment entering and leaving the yard.
→Inspect equipment upon arrival and departure and report any issues.
→Help maintain accurate equipment tracking and inventory.
→Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
→Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of forklift experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with heavy equipment, construction equipment, or industrial operations.

Valid driver's license required.
Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within six months of employment.
