What This Role Is About
Retail Sales Specialists:
- Engage customers and uncover real needs
- Recommend products and services that solve real problems
- Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
- Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
- Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to daily store performance and team success
This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and professional sales development in a structured environment.
Pay & Earning Potential
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives
- Top performers exceed OTE through consistent results

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
- 1+ years of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience preferred
