• →Assist with managing civil/water resources study and design projects.
• →Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models of stormwater systems.
• →Prepare drainage studies and stormwater masterplans.
• →Analysis and design of municipal neighborhood improvements including stormwater facilities (open channels, culverts, storm sewers, detention basins, etc.).
• →Address resiliency, LID, Sea Level Rise, and climate change impacts in design.
• →Preparation of plans and specifications for construction.
• →Performing quality control of stormwater models, reports, and/or design.
• →Permitting with local, state, and federal permitting agencies.

• 4-year B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with emphasis in water resources engineering preferred.
• Florida P.E. License required (or the ability to obtain through reciprocity).

• →6+ years of experience in the design of civil projects.
• →Knowledge of basic principles of infrastructure design and plan preparation.
• →Expertise in hydrology and hydraulics.
• →Expertise with H&H modeling (– Stormwise/ICPR preferred).
• →Experience in consulting engineering, public works, or construction.
• →Excellent technical writing skills.
• →Strong verbal, computer, and organizational skills.
• →Ability to work in a team environment.
• →Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman service area (own transportation).
• →Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D is preferred) and ArcGIS is a plus.
