Responsibilities

- →Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- →Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- →Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- →Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- →Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
