• →Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• →Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• →Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• →Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• →Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• →Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
