BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Candidate must live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone and within commutable distance to Pennsauken, NJ.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern. 

Travel:

  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, requiring weekly travel to our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.
  • Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions
  • Working collaboratively to initiate background checks
  • Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
