By joining CrossCountry you will be instrumental in championing our “Better Experience” model, ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates. This role serves as a steppingstone for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in recruitment, offering hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle. With guidance from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will be pivotal in enhancing our candidate experience and contributing to the following areas:

Interview Coordination: Utilize cutting-edge automated scheduling tools to coordinate interviews, meticulously track candidate progress throughout the interview process, ensure timely communication, handle candidate travel arrangements, and welcome candidates visiting our McLean, VA office. This position entails a hybrid work arrangement, with presence at our McLean, VA office for three days per week.

Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain up to 10 weekly reports for leadership by leveraging Excel, Alteryx, ATS, and Smartsheet to compile, analyze, and organize recruiting data. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting while providing clear insights that support Talent initiatives and leadership decision-making.

Special Projects and Recruitment Support: Participate in a diverse array of special projects customized to meet the requirements of our Talent team and the business. Additionally, contribute to recruitment endeavors by actively sourcing qualified candidates and reviewing applicants.

Identifying Process Improvements: We value input from our coordinators, who are immersed in the logistics of our processes on a daily basis and encourage our coordinators identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and enrich the candidate experience.

  • Support the recruitment team by efficiently scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Provide in-person interview facilitation support as required in our McLean, VA office by welcoming candidates and assisting them throughout the interview process
  • Assist in recruiting operations, including job creation, postings, and ensuring accurate tracking in our ATS
  • Generate and maintain recurring weekly recruiting reports for leadership using Excel, Alteryx, ATS, and Smartsheet
  • Analyze recruiting data to ensure reporting accuracy and deliver clear insights to support Talent initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on process improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing candidate experience and scheduling processes for efficiency
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators to ensure prompt and thorough follow-ups
  • Develop and customize templates, candidate messaging, and resources to improve communication throughout the interview process
  • Communicate effectively with global teams across different time zones
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactively implementing solutions within the talent acquisition process
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a white glove candidate experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant coordination experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple projects, strong organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred but not required
  • Ability to be on-site at our McLean, Virginia office at least 3 days per week
  • Passion or strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or related field
