Location: 

  • This role is based in Woodinville, WA and requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote.
  • To be considered, you must live within commuting distance, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.

The Divisional Vice President of Digital Product Management & Technology is responsible for defining and advancing BDA’s strategy for digital products, platforms, and experiences for multiple business lines.

This executive leads the organization responsible for product management, user experience, digital operations, client solutioning, and application support. The role connects customer needs, business priorities, experience data, and emerging technology to deliver digital capabilities that improve experiences, enable revenue growth, and create value for BDA and its clients.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, New Business Development, Client Services, Program Management, and Operations, the DVP establishes a clear digital vision while ensuring that strategic initiatives, client commitments, platform improvements, and new business opportunities move forward effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead BDA’s strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products, platforms, and experiences.
  • Build a customer-first digital ecosystem that supports BDA’s growth, strengthens client relationships, and differentiates the company in the market.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization spanning product management, user experience, digital services, ecommerce solutions, and operations support.
  • Translate customer insights, experience data, commercial opportunities, and business needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the full digital product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through design, delivery, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, high-quality, and high-performing digital experiences.
  • Guide the development of an integrated, AI-enabled UX system that improves experience consistency and accelerates design, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Partner with Sales and New Business Development to shape digital solutions, support pitches and RFPs, and represent BDA’s product and technology capabilities with clients and prospects.
  • Ensure successful delivery, operation, and support of digital experiences, including new client implementations, ongoing enhancements, configurations, training, and incident resolution.
  • Balance strategic investments, revenue opportunities, client requirements, platform health, user needs, and operational priorities when setting direction and allocating resources.
  • Establish effective portfolio governance, performance measures, operating practices, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Communicate digital strategy, priorities, results, opportunities, and risks to executive leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, innovation, quality, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build the organizational capabilities, talent, processes, and technology foundation needed to support BDA’s continued growth.
  • A clear and actionable digital strategy aligned with BDA’s growth objectives.
  • Improved experiences for customers, shoppers, clients, prospects, and internal users.
  • Increased revenue and stronger market differentiation enabled by digital capabilities.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in digital product management, technology, customer experience, ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success defining and executing digital strategies in a complex, customer-focused, high-growth organization.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for digital strategy, design, delivery, operations, and support.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, user-centered design, experience analytics, platform operations, and modern technology practices.
  • Proven ability to lead a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, client needs, commercial opportunities, and operational priorities.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital products and platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting client solutioning, new business opportunities, presentations, and RFPs.
  • Ability to use customer insights, experience data, and business results to guide strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate across technical, commercial, operational, client, and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, judgment, prioritization, organizational leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to create clarity, alignment, and momentum in a dynamic environment with evolving needs and ambitious growth objectives.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $240,000 with additional yearly bonus eligibility. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
