ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.
About the Role

- Assess – Employees and managers evaluate current skill levels to identify strengths and gaps.
- Develop – Create targeted learning journeys (e-learning, trainings, masterclasses) to close gaps and build capabilities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of U-Skill.
- →Define and standardize the U-Skill framework across BEES (Tech & Commercial), ensuring consistency and scalability.
- →Partner with Business Leaders and PBPs to design the 2026 U-Skill structure for both Tech and Commercial populations.
- →Lead the development and implementation of U-Skill new assessment platform.
- →Translate 2025 U-Skill results into clear development actions and structured learning journeys, ensuring follow-through and measurable impact (in partnership with the Capabilities Director).
- →Lead preparation and operational readiness for the November 2026 U-Skill cycle and full 2027 rollout.
- Own the evolution of the Growth Platform as the single source of truth for Learning & Development.
- Drive platform adoption, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track key KPIs to measure engagement, usage, and impact on performance.
- Partner with the Communications team to ensure simple, clear, and consistent messaging.
- Act as a key collaborator across Business, HRBPs, and Capabilities, enabling alignment and speed.
