- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial underwriting models for commercial real estate development, acquisition, and disposition.
- Break down and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to support valuation and investment decisions.
- Utilize and maintain databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipeline, and other relevant real estate metrics.
- Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends to inform market positioning.
- Assist in the research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for marketing materials.
- Prepare and present analysis results, including charts and graphics, in a clear and concise manner.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to identify market intelligence needs.
- Occasionally present findings and support analyses in client meetings.
- Coordinate and streamline the flow of projects, documents, and communication between advisors and internal teams.
- Gather information from advisors and departments to support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentation packages.
- Launch listings and provide ongoing support through close of escrow.
- Manage listing agreements and contracts of sale in compliance with corporate and Department of Real Estate requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for due diligence, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate closing documentation and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Compose real estate documentation including listing agreements, commission receipts, purchase agreements, and transaction data.
- Maintain CRM database of potential buyers, sellers, property listings, and escrows.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ or more years of prior experience in financial analysis within commercial real estate.
- Expert-level ability in Excel and financial modeling.
- Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to coordinate internal project delivery teams while maintaining focus.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, effective across all levels of an organization.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage the expectations of clients with strong personalities.
