Lead the development of the company’s GenAI foundations and shared capabilities, ensuring that all GenAI initiatives translate into scalable, reusable, and production-ready assets. You will play a critical role in transforming GenAI efforts into a coherent, industrialized capability layer, enabling teams to build faster, safer, and more efficiently.

You will operate at the core of the company’s AI transformation, reporting to the Head of GenAI Program, who leads the company-wide GenAI transformation. In this context, you will be a key driver of how GenAI capabilities are structured, scaled, and operationalized across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s long-term GenAI operating model and ensure consistent execution at scale.

You will own and drive cross-functional GenAI initiatives that sit at the intersection of product, tech, and operations. You are responsible for asset delivery and outcomes, coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Define and prioritize the key capabilities required to scale GenAI, including :

• Evaluation & observability frameworks

• Agent Operations Platform (internal back office product)

• GenAI cost governance (FinOps)

• Shared assets & service catalog

• Industrialization frameworks

• Security & compliance baseline

• GenAI standards & best practices

Lead complex initiatives and ensure real delivery across:

• GenAI Tech Team (CoE)

• Platform / Cloud Engineering

• Data Platform

• Security & Compliance

• Product & Engineering teams

Transform initiatives into:

• frameworks, standards, and guidelines

• reusable components and templates

• internal tools and integration kits

We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented leader with a strong regulatory background and a hands-on mindset.

• Skills :

o Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)
