As a Social Media Growth Expert, you will join the Social Media team, whose mission is to drive Betclic’s social media performance and amplify brand impact across markets.

This role focuses on performance, brand activation and scaling, in close collaboration with local teams.

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Act as the main point of contact between Betclic and key social media platforms
  • Ensure platforms deliver on their commitments (support, insights, activations, beta access, strategic guidance)
  • Manage operational topics and resolve issues between platforms and internal teams
  • Adapt platform strategies to local market needs, maturity levels, and business objectives
  • Support local teams on day-to-day platform-related challenges
  • Provide actionable insights, best practices, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with the Media Growth Manager on strategic priorities and key opportunities
  • Leverage platform tools and native features to streamline and scale activations (e.g. automation of publishing, testing frameworks, content deployment)
  • Identify simple and practical ways to reduce manual work and accelerate execution using platform capabilities
  • Ensure that automation opportunities provided by platforms are effectively used and adopted by teams

2. New Platforms Exploration & Launch

  • Identify emerging social platforms and ecosystems (e.g. BeReal, Discord, new formats or channels) working closely with the experimentation team
  • Assess their relevance and potential for Betclic (organic and/or paid)
  • Lead or support the testing, assisting the teams as a key contact lead
  • Ensure learnings are captured and leveraged for future rollouts globally
  • Structure and share clear, actionable insights from platform activations, tests and new initiatives
  • Promote adoption of best practices across markets by translating insights into concrete guidelines
  • Support teams in understanding and applying new platform features, formats and approaches

  • We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
  • This job is for you if:
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field
  • You have significant experience in social media, digital marketing, or platform partnerships
  • You have a strong understanding of major social platforms and their ecosystems
  • You are comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
  • You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • You are data-driven and able to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoy working cross-functionally
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

About two weeks later, you will work on a case study to present to the team.

Next, you will meet Victor – Media Growth Manager, your future manager, followed by Romain – Head of Acquisition & Social. Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
