This role is about being present with people. As a Workplace Ministry & Connections Specialist, you’ll build trusted relationships with team members and leaders, create opportunities for spiritual and personal growth, and help cultivate a workplace where people can connect with God, one another, and their community.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build genuine relationships with frontline team members, proactively identifying opportunities to encourage personal and spiritual growth.
- →Meet regularly with leaders to establish trust and rapport while supporting and encouraging them as they spiritually lead their teams.
- →Intentionally pursue your own spiritual growth and consistently pray and intercede for our leaders and team members.
- →Create opportunities for team members to connect with one another through volunteer opportunities, team competitions, Friday lunches, weekly devotionals, and other experiences.
- →Be present and available to team members, including regularly connecting with employees working in the field.
- Naturally build trust and meaningful relationships with people.
- Are comfortable initiating conversations and proactively connecting with others.
- Have strong spiritual, social, and self-awareness.
- Know how to encourage and challenge people with both truth and care.
- Have the emotional intelligence to recognize what someone may need in a given moment.
- Are passionate about helping others grow personally and spiritually.
- Enjoy bringing people together and creating opportunities for connection and community.
- Are committed to prayer and your own continued spiritual growth.
High spiritual and emotional intelligence is essential for this role. You should demonstrate spiritual, social, and self-awareness and be able to challenge, encourage, and bring accountability in ways that support meaningful spiritual transformation.
A current and valid driver’s license is required, and you must be eligible for coverage under company fleet insurance.
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
While much of the work takes place in a temperature-controlled environment, this is not a desk-only role. You’ll regularly connect with team members in multiple offices and event settings. The position also requires standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above the head and below the waist, and lifting approximately 5–20 pounds.
Occasional travel is required.
