As a Part-Time Hospitality Coordinator, you'll help create that kind of experience for every person who walks into or calls our office. You'll be a welcoming presence for guests and team members while keeping the details behind the scenes organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create a warm welcome. Greet guests and team members with genuine interest, help them feel comfortable, and connect them with the right person or team.
- →Be a friendly voice on the phone. Answer incoming calls clearly and professionally while maintaining accurate records of calls and guests.
- →Keep the office ready. Monitor food and office supplies, restock items as needed, and help maintain an inviting environment.
- →Manage the details. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and assist with everyday administrative needs.
- →Stay organized when things get busy. Balance guests, phone calls, office responsibilities, and unexpected needs with attention to detail.
- →Support the team. Step in where needed and approach changing priorities with flexibility and a willingness to serve.
- Genuinely enjoy meeting, welcoming, and helping people.
- Notice the little details that can make someone's experience better.
- Can comfortably balance several responsibilities without losing track of what needs to get done.
- Communicate warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs attention.
- Enjoy being part of a team and are willing to jump in and help.
- Can adapt when the day doesn't go exactly as planned.
We're currently hiring for two part-time Hospitality Coordinator schedules:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
This position typically works 20–29 hours per week. Occasional full-day availability may be needed to help provide coverage.
What We Offer

Part-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Required:
- Comfortable using computers and learning basic office systems
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift approximately 5–20 pounds as needed
Preferred:
- A natural people-person with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, receptionist, host/hostess, customer service, or another guest-facing role
Minimal travel may occasionally be required for company events or collaboration with other regions.
This role isn't simply about answering phones or greeting people. It's about helping create a place where people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for.
