Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as a Gaming Insights Analyst!

As a ‘Gaming Insights Analyst’, you will be supporting the ‘Head of Gaming Insights’ and ‘Senior Gaming Insight Analyst’ to help deliver valuable product and commercial insights to the regional teams across the business.

You will have a particular focus on providing the required data reporting and analysis, to allow for the reviews to be completed, ultimately with a view to driving additional commercial value to the business. Help maintain and update required KPI reports, ranging from weekly, monthly and quarterly, to facilitate performance reviews of both commercial regions and providers

Responsibilities

→Assist in maintaining the full range of required KPI reports, ranging from weekly, monthly and quarterly and collaborate with the departments across the business to create and communicate reports, dashboards and insights on our customer experience and gaming performance
→Identify any product market gaps and highlight them to the business and relevant stakeholders for improvement and optimisation purposes
→Constantly review game performance and provide findings for internally for review and then for optimisation purposes to our regional teams. This will include new game performance, exclusive game performance, supplier performance benchmarks, as well as competitor product reviews on a market level to ensure we stay ahead of the curve when possible
→Present monthly product and commercial reviews to regional teams across the business with solid actionable insights and recommendations that can drive additional revenues
→Support Quarterly Business Reviews [QBRs] with game suppliers to ensure we are getting as much business value from each individual game supplier, both from a commercial and product perspective
→Continuously develop your skillset in the following key areas: SQL/Snowflake scripts, Excel analysis, Power BI dashboards, data analysis and presentation.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role
A love for data.
Strong understanding of casino and casino games
Capable of providing actionable commercial and product insights
Strong Excel skills
SQL and/or Snowflake knowledge
Experience with Power BI or another similar visualization tool a plus
Competence with a programming language is a plus, especially Python and R
Google Analytics knowledge, or a similar web analytics tool, of benefit but not a must
