About the Role

Design and develop compelling visual assets for CRM campaigns, promotional materials, and social media channels.
Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to produce on-brand creatives that boost engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure brand consistency while adapting visuals to suit diverse platforms and target audiences.
Propose and implement A/B tests to optimize creative performance and enhance user engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
Actively participate in ideation sessions and contribute to shaping the creative direction of campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the iGaming industry or a digital agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand alignment, and effective communication design.
Expert command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and color.
Strong grasp of adapting designs for performance-driven marketing (CRM, email, banners, social, etc.).
Ability to align with brand tone and voice while developing visually impactful solutions.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
