We are looking for a hands-on SEO / ASO / AIO Manager to own our organic discoverability across search engines, app stores, and AI-driven surfaces. This role is for an experienced operator who can define strategy, execute the work, and navigate the unique realities of the online gaming industry, including strict compliance and responsible gaming requirements.

• →Lead and execute holistic SEO, ASO, and AIO strategies across all Betty properties.
• →Define goals for organic traffic, installs, and qualified acquisitions; report performance to leadership.
• →Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and collaborate with content and compliance to produce regulation-safe content.
• →Partner with engineering on technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structure) and maintain clean off-page tactics.
• →Manage app store optimization (metadata, visuals, and experiments) to drive quality installs.
• →Stay ahead of AI-driven discovery trends, optimizing content for AI assistants and answer engines.
• →Build and analyze dashboards, experiments, and forecasts to measure organic impact and ROI.

• 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO/ASO experience in B2C digital products (iGaming or regulated industries a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of modern SEO, ASO best practices, and emerging AIO opportunities.
• Skilled collaborator able to balance creativity, performance, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with GA / similar analytics, console tools, app store analytics, and basic data exploration.
• Ability to balance growth with compliance and responsible gaming; knows how to say “no” to risky tactics.
• Excellent communication skills: can translate complex organic concepts into clear plans and updates for non-experts.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple tests and initiatives in parallel.
