If you are passionate about building and operating highly available production systems, we’d love to have you join our SRE team in Argentina. You will own and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-native infrastructure, working closely with R&D teams to build resilient services, automate operational workflows, and drive engineering excellence.

As part of the SRE team, you will help shape our production environment, improve operational maturity, and ensure our platforms can reliably support our customers and engineering teams.

• →Design, optimize, and operate reliable CI/CD pipelines with a focus on deployment safety, automation, and developer velocity.
• →Operate and improve Kubernetes production clusters, specifically Amazon EKS, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, security, and efficient resource utilization
• →Build and maintain scalable Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, improving standardization, reliability, and operational efficiency
• →Research new technologies and provide overall technical direction for the team
• →Identify operational gaps and drive automation initiatives to improve reliability, and increase engineering efficiency
• →Partner with engineering teams to define reliability practices, deployment strategies, and operational standards
• →Own SRE practices across AWS and GCP environments, including service availability, scalability, capacity planning, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements
• →Build and maintain observability solutions using Datadog, including metrics, dashboards, alerting, and SLO-driven monitoring to enable proactive incident detection and response

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, with a strong focus on operating and improving production environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments, specifically EKS, including cluster operations, troubleshooting, deployments, scaling, networking, and workload management.
• Hands-on experience operating production cloud environments, especially AWS and GCP, including compute, networking, security, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, SRE principles, CI/CD, Kubernetes operations, automation, and reliability best practices.
• Understanding of SRE concepts such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience designing and managing production-grade monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and implementing reliability improvements.
• Experience in Python/Bash/Groovy
• Experience with at least one of Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Experience working with production databases, especially MongoDB, as well as relational and non-relational database platforms
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferably managed via env0 or similar tooling)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, document technical solutions, and drive reliability improvements
• Ability to explore and initiate new ideas, think, and learn independently

• Experience in REST API automation and testing methodologies
