Support General Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with city-level government officials and politicians.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships that align with Binance’s strategic objectives.

Lead educational campaigns and awareness efforts to improve understanding of Binance and the broader crypto industry.

Manage communications and inquiries from the JFSA and other regulatory bodies in Japan.

Engage proactively with policymakers and other key stakeholders to foster a favorable policy environment.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on regulatory and public affairs strategies.

5 to 7 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or relevant regulatory roles in Japan.

Proven ability to engage effectively with government officials, regulators (particularly JFSA), and political figures.

Strong knowledge of Japanese regulatory environment related to financial services and cryptocurrency.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Japanese language fluency required; English proficiency preferred.
