As Controller, you are the steward of the resources fueling our method. You will lead a comprehensive accounting function that balances uncompromising accuracy with the agility of a startup. Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, tax reporting, and variance analyses.
→Oversee Accounts Payable by ensuring operations can scale concurrent with business growth.
→Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets, monitor financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
→Lead the annual audit process, in partnership with external auditors, and ensure we are "audit-ready" at all times.
→Manage all accounting functions for multiple entities and locations.
→Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a preference for in-house accounting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with an active CPA license.
Experience with multi-entities and locations.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax reporting requirements.
Power user of modern finance tools such as Excel, Stripe, Bill, and Quickbooks.
Managed audits with end-to-end ownership of the process.
Familiarity with subscription or membership-based business models is an advantage.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.
