• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management, AI infrastructure, or a related technical business development role, with deep experience operating across APAC, the U.S., and Europe.
• Proven success in managing the full lifecycle of data center and AI compute projects, including resource planning, site selection, and technical evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem, including owners, operators, EPCs, and consultants. Strong understanding of AI compute deployment, planning, and integration.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to negotiate with partners and manage executive-level client relationships.
• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex technical projects and supply chains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Professional fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
• Certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) are highly desirable.
