• →Proficient in Java and object-oriented design, with in-depth understanding of JVM principles, multithreading, collection frameworks, I/O, NIO, and related technologies.
• →Well-versed in mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and MyBatis/JPA.
• →Strong skills in database design and optimization, with extensive experience in SQL programming and performance tuning. Familiar with at least one relational database such as Oracle, MySQL.
• →Familiar with common message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching technologies (e.g., Redis), and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic).
• →Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
• →Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills
• →Strong project management skills
• →Strong interpersonal skill
