• →Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within a marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
• →Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work, specifically highlighting marketing collaterals and video editing projects (advertisement design, promotional videos, motion graphics).
• →Ability to create assets for web, social, print, and presentations.
• →Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools etc) to execute designs.
• →Creative Eye: A keen aesthetic sense for composition, typography, color theory, and visual pacing in video.
• →Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
• →Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
